I hope we will solve this issue with the help of some specialist. I keep having the same problem than you. Below is what Xampp 3.2.2 shows me for the Mysql:

4:24:43 AM [mysql] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
4:24:43 AM [mysql] or reconfigure MySQL and the Control Panel to listen on a different port

Can anyone, please, let me know how we may uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application? when Mysql shutdown unexpectedly?
Also, on Xampp 3.2.2, all the other modules (Apache, FileZilla, Mercury, Tomcat) work well except Mysql. Please describe us what we should do to fix it. Thank you in advance.

You installed it, simply de-install it. Probably by running WIndows System Dialog and doing the standard de-install as always.
