XDEBUG config statements not in PHP.ini

I downloaded & installed XAMPP v3.2.2. Following the direction of a YouTube video for configuring XAMPP, it directed me to go into PHP.ini and change XDebug. I couldn't find Xdebug anywhere in the ini file. Should it be there?

Probably not. But we cannot provide support for third party youtube videos, especially not with this amount of information you gave us.

XAMPP version is 5.6.24...3.2.2 is the version of the control panel.


How do you get Xdebug in the php.ini file? I know manually typing it is an option but I would think it would be included since it is a pretty popular debugging tool.

Typing it to your php.ini is the only way for that version (and all other recent versions). There is no guided installation for this.
