Hello guys, i have a problem when i start using xampp. When i start apache, then writing localhost in my web browser everyone gets localhost/xampp/splash.php, and im getting http://localhost/dashboard/ . And i can't continue, it its just a welcome screen. It's becouse of my router or what? thank you for answers

The splash page and other old administration pages are gone for more than a year now in all current XAMPP versions.
So you are wrong if you think everyone is still getting this.
