XAMPP 7.0.8 not work

XAMPP is not work - in installation he send message - can't searach -n parametr and next message - you need to setup 2008 c++ redist. I setup this. NOT WORK!!! if I resetup XAMPP its not work. If I setup c++ redist 2015. Its not Work!!! What I can do for work XAMPP? System Windows 2012 R2. Now I use XAMPP 5.6.12 its work but i want to update XAMPP!!! Please Help!
