Apache HTTP Server has stopped working

Postby alexus » 18. August 2016 22:13

I'm using latest XAMPP Installers and Downloads for Apache Friends on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard and I keep getting "Apache HTTP Server has stopped working" message(

I Google for that issue and found a lot, but none of these solutions works for me( There are no error(s) in "error.log" and/or "php_error_log".

I do *NOT* have anything bind'ed to same port(s) as Apache, and my website appears to be working (at least in begin, until Apache stops again).

Sorry, but i think we are not able to solve this problem here.
If you search for "Fault Module StackHash" you will find many many hits related to very different problems.
Very common the windows DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is one reason for this app crash.

I would suggest you ask at a Microsoft Windows forum for help. There are some ways to go deeper down to identify this issue like User Dumps etc.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)
