Xampp query

Hi
I have installed Xampp version 5.6.21 on a windows 7 laptop because I need to publish some Microsoft Frontpage 2003 websites and perform some stats for the sites, will this version of XAMPP do this for me?
When I run the control the filezilla module is disabled, I have installed File zilla client and filezilla server but the filezilla service is still disabled.
I need to use the Filezilla to transfer the files. The Apache, MYSQL and Tomat services are enabled, can these be used instead? Please advise, thanks Petrina
