Issue Connecting after DNS server(s) removed

Hello, recently I had an issue with my host and ended up ending their services with me.

I usually ran my website off of my XAMPP server. After the domain was removed, I noticed that I couldn't connect to my website anymore, and it would go to saying
192.168.1.1 took too long to respond.

Or wouldn't load at all when I use the exact IPAddress on a different machine. (http://149.56.106.38/)

I Tried remembering what I changed to get the domain to point at XAMPP, but I cannot remember for the life of me.

Would anyone happen to know why this is happening and possibly a fix? I've tried backing up my old apache config and replacing it with a fresh conf, but no avail.
