Xampp Apache not starting :-(

hello friends,
there is a problem with my xampp, i-e;
I uninstalled my xampp and then installed it again in other drive,
so now my xampp's Apache is not getting started and eventually gets stopped with a red color.
The details of my Xampp are given below:
