I have installed XAMPP 5.6.23 on Win 10. Actualy I am trying to import sql file via phpMyAdmin. This file has 11MB and PhpMyAdmin throws me an error - Probably too big file....
Before I install XAMPP I had my own Apache/PHP instlation with .htaccess in htdocs folder which solves this problem like a charm. Its content was

php_value post_max_size 20M
php_value max_execution_time 200
php_value max_input_time 200
Now this soluton does not work. Also I found via Google I should change php.ini file like upload_max_filesize=20M. I did it, but after restart phpMyAdmin trows the same error. How to solve this issue?
