Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!

Hi expert,
I am facing this message while launching Apache, I have corrected a few Ports issue such as MySQL which as running on my computer or even the Skype one but this one does not tell me where it is used in order for me to change it.
Any advice would be appreciated :)

Thanks Altrea for your prompt reply, I now had the chance to login and apache on control panel has been launched, I have then changed the password for root on phpmyadmin and now when I try to get access to localhost/phpmyadmin I get a message with something referring to wrong credential something like that.
Do you know if I have to imput the password to a file on C or somewhere else I can't get access to phpmyadmon anymore :(
