Hi,

I just upgrade my OS to win10, before that made a nice backup and all the stuff, but I did forget to export my dbs from the phpmyadmin.

Now I just reinstalled XAMPP, but I can't find a solution to bring back my old dbs, (some wordpress and others test sites).

Could you help me! thanks in advance!

What do you mean with "reinstalled"? You simply should restore the backuped Xampp folder, this brings back all you stuff, including HTML/PHP documents as well as your databases.

I moved all the xampp files to a new dir, with a lot of old stuff in order to delete it, when I know that I didn't forget nothing.
So, after that, I installed Win10, and a brand new xampp.
I checked that i have everything I need to continue working, and then I found out that I made a mistake, forgiving to pay proper backup all the xampp files.
(No problem with the php and other libraries but a headache with mysql files)

Thats what i thought, Dont install brand new Xampp, copy the old installation back to c:/xampp or similar.

You might try to replace the data folder of mysql in your brand new Xampp instead, rename the original folder (like data-backup or so) and copy the old mysql/data folder to the new Xampp installation. If you are lucky, this already works. But if your previous installation was too old, this does not work properly, therefore i recommended to restore the old Xampp installation as well. But you may try this of course.
