I cannot open xampp for windows page

I have installed Xampp verion 5.6.21 in windows 8. I started the apache and mysql in control panel , when I tried to open localhost/xampp , it showing only parent directory not Xampp for windows.

localhost/xampp is inknown. Simply enter
