Xampp won't stop

I am new to Xampp and am using Xampplite for a programming class. Because Office 365 will not allow users to delete "Skype for Buisness", I had to change from port80. Xampplite will now start fine, but when I prompt it to stop running, I get the "Not Responding" message then after a few seconds it stops trying to stop and keeps running. I have to restart my computer after each use in order to get it to stop running. I am using the control panel, and I have started xampp as an admin.

Any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

I am using Windows 10.
