Problems with the Windows version of XAMPP, questions, comments, and anything related.

On https://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=69784&p=239058#p239059 there's various methods of making port 80 usable for apache. I was wondering if any of these methods could end up harming or changing any applications or might affect anything else other than XAMPP.
Thanks!

Of course. Port 80 is unique on your PC and if any other tools is designed to use it, it will fail.
