Bulk Loading in standalone csv

I am not able to load data from csv file in standalone HBase. I am using Python and Happybase API. I am planning to use MovieLens dataset. I tried to retrieve the records using Python. It is displaying the records using Python. But not adding records in HBase table. Please suggest how should I do?
