hi,
I am a new user of XAMPP. i installed XAMPP (version 7.0.6) on my computer. when i click on APACHE start button, it shows,

"The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the DLL api-ms-win-crt-runtime-[1-1-0.dll"

Please see the details.

MySQL service start properly. but when i click admin button, it shows, "localhost refused to connect". i use google chrome.

please help me to solve the problem.
