BUG: 'dashboard' page in 7.0.6 not correct

Just a small thing in XAMPP 7.0.6. - when you load the 'dashboard' (ex. http://localhost/dashboard/) you get the welcome message: Welcome to XAMPP for Windows 5.6.21

Because I installeer both version, it got me a bit in the wrong direction on which version I was running at some point.

Damn - browser was caching the page based on 'http://localhost/dashboard'.
After forcing an refres of the dashboard page, I did see the correct version.
