two different versions of the same server xampp

Hi , First of all sorry for my English is not very good

I have a problem with xampp .
I have installed the latest version of xampp on a Windows 10 application management tickets. Now I will install another application (ocs inventory ) but asks me to install an older version of xampp , because you need the perl module and last not bring .
Install OCS and installs along with the version of xampp me I need to use .
And I have both versions installed on the PC, but can not get the second ( version 1.7.7 , which use with ocs ) to listen on another port.
The newest version is configured port 80. A version 1.7.7 you configure the httpd port 8080 , but want to run apache from the control panel that version tells me that the port is busy, and shows me looking at port 80 .
I mean, I can not run both apache while running or run one or the other.
Any suggestions ?
