xampp call many ports

xampp uses too much memory on the server, and was reviewing the control panel displays a different ports constantly, how can I fix this?

Which component uses too much memory and how much is too much?
The changing ports can occure on some system configurations if the control panel is not able to grab the port number correctly. It shows ports of local connections connecting with these component. But i don't think that this is the result of the memory issue.
