How do I uninstall an app from XAMPP

Full name is xampp-win32-7.0.4-0-VC14-installer
My Operating System is Windows 10
64 bit Operating System/x64 processor
Home Edition
*Not sure where to find the service pack level
The installation path is C:\xampp\new_directory
I had WordPress 4.5 installed on the Bitnami section of XAMPP. But something went wrong and I could no longer access my dashboard. I tried to look in the event logs for an explanation as to what happened but I couldn't find anything.
So I tried uninstalling.
I was able to delete the wordpress folders in the apps folder of my XAMPP files, but when I look in localhost, the app is still there... I figured I could try downloading Bitnami for WordPress again, but that's not working either. How do I uninstall the app from my localhost website? I want to try reinstalling it..
