where is link to Download xampp with php 7.x with support windows 7 64 bit ?

Nowhere. There is no 64bit Xampp for Windows.

XAMPP is only compiled in 32 bit bit will run very good on 64 bit systems as well.

i can install xamp 32 bit on my 64 bit system, but cant start apache. the error says missing some files

my problem is i cant start apache with XAMPP 7.0.4 / PHP 7.0.4 32 bit. but IT CAN be started at xampp version 5.6.19 / PHP 5.6.19 32 bit

api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. i installed, uninstalled to my computer many times with / withouth antivirus on, and i tried with download again and tried to install but still have same problem. can u help me ??

You only need the Visual C++ Redistributable für Visual Studio 2015 (x86)
This is a requirement for all VC15 compiled applications.
