I changed Apache (httpd.conf) port to 7331,
I´ve changed the ports in confif of control panel,
I´ve changed
then in mysql I went to users and put a password
for the user root
and finally went to phpMyAdmin(config.inc.php) and put there the password.
Now mysql_error.log says:
