Activate Filezilla on XAMPP 5.6.12

I am currently trying to activate XAMPP and Wordpress but are struggeling with the basic setup.
After serveral de- and reinstallations of XAMPP I need other support.
When following the setup information to activate everything I can only activate the apache server and mysql.
Filezilla I cannot activate neither by clicking on the "module" nor by configuration nor by restart.
All ports are set accordingly.
So what to do or where to search for the error.
