Can't Display Website Correctly Outside of Home Network

I am using XAMPP version 5.6.19 on Windows 8.1 64bit and I'm having issues with the website displaying on connections outside of the computer it's running on. You can visit http://tcorpsdirect.ddns.net to see what I mean by this. I have also included an image of what I see when I connect via a proxy, since I can't access it directly from another computer outside my network. I have port 80 forwarded correctly. My website is running on Wordpress and I believe that the Wordpress PHP is not being executed.

Please Help!
Thanks,
Kevin N.

Very common the path of your asset files (css, etc) is not set properly.

I have found where Wordpress directs to the css location (I'm pretty sure). What do I change to make it work?
