XAMPP ON WINDOWS 2012 SERVER R2

I'm running a Windows 2012 Server R2 at home. I have IIS on this machine, so I configured XAMPP to run on port 8080 - this works fine. I also made sure to open ports 3306,443, and 8080 on this Windows 2012 Server.

I have a laptop computer at home running Windows 10. My anti-virus is ESET. I wish to access my Windows Server 2012 R2 from my laptop computer but having a very difficult time.

I followed ALL the tutorials on how to setup virtual hosting on my Windows 2012 Server R2 but I still cannot get my simple "Hello World" page, that's written in PHP, to display when I try and access from my laptop.

Anyone have any advice before I move on to a different system besides XAMPP?

No, not yet anymore. As you followed ALL tutorials (wow, what a huge amount of work!) already, there is nothing left over to say.
