i have my xampp web server running on
http://127.0.0.1/dashboard/

i have my vmware workstation running a VM witch have a GUI interface on its network witch is
http://10.10.19.129/laboratories.php

i included the link so i can get forwarded from my xampp web server to the vm machine webpage as a link on index.html on dashboard xampp

it works locally as i know my 10.10.19.129 network but if i try externally it fails. is there a way to fix this?

externally:
<public ip > when i click the link it gets me to 10.10.19.129 and there is no way in hell i can get that page but is there a way?

This is true for all Xampp Instances on all servers on all machines on all OS all over the world. All of of them are running on 127.0.0.1 but it does not give the slightest clue about the installation. Could you specify by far more precisely, where your Xampp is installed (and most important, if it installed on a real PC or on your VMWARE).

I also do not understand, what is menat by "have a GUI interface on its network". Are you working on your host (real) PC, which has installed a VMWARE (which creates some networks on that host PC) and do you call this GUI on your real PC in a browser, or are you working in the VMWARE environment (what is the guest OS?) and you start a browser in your VMWARE world? What is meant by "GUI", what is this thing doing?

Again (sorry) this is not to understand, i have no idea what you mean by "forwarded". "Forwarded" typically is used in the context of using routers, where you may "forward" incoming requests on that router to certain PCs in the LAN, depending on which port these requests are using. It that meant, when you use "forwarded" here? I have no idea what you are talking about when you say, that "you" (how can someone forward "you"??) are forwardere from your Xampp - how can Xampp forward somewhat or something??

Finally i dont understand, what is meant by "externally" and all in all, this description does not tell anything to me i can explain to you. I do not understand quite a word, hopefully you can describe it better and more in a "standard" language (do not use word like "forwarded", which might be used for completely different things).
