16:48:54 has the error. 16:47:47 is the last entry in the error log?

I read ALL mysql_error.log and among tons of my attempts to start mysql found long list of warnings and errors (I can't put it all here because it is really very long) and then following:

160309 16:05:23 [ERROR] mysqld got exception 0xc0000005 ;
This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary
or one of the libraries it was linked against is corrupt, improperly built,
or misconfigured. This error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
To report this bug, see http://kb.askmonty.org/en/reporting-bugs
We will try our best to scrape up some info that will hopefully help
diagnose the problem, but since we have already crashed,
something is definitely wrong and this may fail.
Server version: 10.0.17-MariaDB
key_buffer_size=16777216
read_buffer_size=262144
max_used_connections=0
max_threads=501
thread_count=0
It is possible that mysqld could use up to
key_buffer_size + (read_buffer_size + sort_buffer_size)*max_threads = 403207 K bytes of memory
Hope that's ok; if not, decrease some variables in the equation.
Thread pointer: 0x0x0
Attempting backtrace. You can use the following information to find out
where mysqld died. If you see no messages after this, something went
terribly wrong...
mysqld.exe!?init_all_master_info@Master_info_index@@QAE_NXZ()
mysqld.exe!?init_slave@@YAHXZ()
mysqld.exe!?win_main@@YAHHPAPAD@Z()
mysqld.exe!?mysql_service@@YAHPAX@Z()
mysqld.exe!my_mb_ctype_mb()
KERNEL32.DLL!BaseThreadInitThunk()
ntdll.dll!RtlInitializeExceptionChain()
ntdll.dll!RtlInitializeExceptionChain()
The manual page at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/crashing.html contains
information that should help you find out what is causing the crash.

I have no idea what it could be and what to do next. I am really frustrated.
Does that mean that my site is lost? Is there any hope that I can put it on web-hosting without access to MySQL in Xampp???

I am having the same problem. Whether I use XAMPP, MAMPP or WAMP, I cannot get MySQL to run (although 2 weeks ago it ran without a problem). My OS is Win10 Pro Insider Preview Build 14257.rs1 Somebody please help. I've been working on this 16 hours per day and I'm pulling (what's left of) my hair out.
