Question on the help dialog: "Enhanced by hackattack142"??

A question on the standalone package ("xampp-portable-win32-5.6.15-2-VC11.zip") which I just downloaded and installed.

I took a look at the functionality in the Control Panel and saw this message in the Help dialog:



I guess that "enhanced by hackattack142" is just a contributor leaving his mark on the Help dialog(?)

Or is this anything to be concerned about...?
