XAMPP installation on XP SP3

I am try to install XAMPP for Windows version 5.6.15, but it is not support to xp sp3. How to install it on xp. I dont want to install older version of xampp, I want php version minimum 5.5.9 how do it ?

You don't. The last version of PHP able to run on Windows XP/2003 was 5.4.x
