perl on xampp 5.6.15

i have install xampp 5.6.15 (control panel 3.2.2 ) and i got a error message when i want to install ocsinventory.
perl not found
if a look at the phpinfo , i did'nt see any perl module loaded
so there is a perl directory under c:\xampp

hox can i start perl module ?
