varnish and xampp

I need to configure varnish with xampp, please help

Who gave you that task? Your teacher or your boss?

Tell him, that there is no Varnish for Windows, varnish requires either Linux, BSD, Solaris or OSX. Ubuntu for example. And you need some proper Linux skills in order to install and manage varnish. Here is the latest Admin Documentation:
