Xamp Error when starting

i have problems starting my server, i have tried changing the port number severally but i think i just made it worse. I have a work load of databases that i wouldnt want to lose. please help..

i have tried changing the port number severally but i think i just made it worse.

Then uninstall everything and restart from the beginning.
