Then I start Apache and get this:

It does not say it is running
Also when I signed up, the version I have is not listed.

Unregister the Apache2.4 service and try out without that service

Changed the secons port but it didn't, or I didn't save it, don't know which. It running now. Just have to figure out now to get it to run my offline website now.
