hey all, I try recently to install ffmpeg on windows
and I search in google for tutorials but can't find anything helpfull
can someone explain me how to do that?

But I want to run it via php, still there is anything with xampp?

anyway there is no install file in what you gave me

There is zipped package, simply unzip it. Already the first line of that site tells you:

Static builds provide one self-contained .exe file for each program (ffmpeg, ffprobe, ffplay).
