apache not working

i had the version running that had php version 5.6 but i wanted the 7 one so i deinstalled the previous one and installed the new one. now i got some errors. this is my error log.

this is wat the problem is it seems. i think its because of my previous version i had.

would greatly apreciate the help. i'm not that great at the xampp stuff yet.

restart your control panel with elevated administrator rights (right click -> run as administrator)
