Problem xampp mysql

xampp have a problem with MySQL , and not that way fix ..
Briefly explain the situation.
I'm running a server mmorpg game.
therefore, I have installed MySQL 5.5.38
the problem is that when you install XAMPP to run my web page , tells me that error.
