unable to find who is using prots 80 and 443

I finally got my XAMPP install to complete yesterday afternoon.
Now this morning I am again having the same problem again.
error message tells me that another program is using these ports so it cannot open XAMPP Control Panel
'httpd.exe' is using or holding ports 80 and 443.
I do not know how to find out if 'httpd.exe' is part of XAMPP or not.

Can someone help me Please!

It is, "httpd.exe" is the program name of Apache.
