Add Cassandra Drivers

I'm new to using XAMPP and am trying to configure a cassandra driver for php. The documentation keeps referring to using pecl but I see no pecl executable. I'm reading the docs here : https://github.com/datastax/php-driver/blob/master/ext/README.md but I get to the pecl step and am stuck.

I would appreciate any input or help on this.

The PECL installation is for Linux, the Windows installation is also listed there. But you need to build the extension yourself.
This is not a beginner task, but you can try it. Maybe the a self-contained batch script is not that difficult.
