My Sql Wont start

Hi i am trying to create a database for my arma server and it fails to start up mysql give me a log and this is what is in it pls help

This is the log out of the atual log file 12:12:24 [mysql] Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.

12:12:24 [mysql] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
12:12:24 [mysql] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
12:12:24 [mysql] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues

I'm having this same problem.

Attempting to start MySQL app...

I'm running on Win-10. The above is the output when trying to start mysql via Xampp. Port 3306 is displayed before the start crashes.

No one has replied to my query. Would like to know why no reply.

1) The answer is so obvious why bother?
or 2) Need more information. Be happy to supply if you'll give me a clue. I'm a newbie so my intelligence level i low.
3) No one knows the answer. I don't believe this because there's a lot smart people that know.

Okay. Sorry I'm in the learning phase but I don't see the problem using the MySql log file, mysql_error.log. But I've attached it below.
