Mysql No Starts

I have this problem starting mysql:
20:05:22 [mysql] MySQL Service detected with wrong path
20:05:22 [mysql] Change XAMPP MySQL and Control Panel settings or
20:05:22 [mysql] Uninstall/disable the other service manually first
20:05:22 [mysql] Found Path: "C:\Users\Carlos\Downloads\xampp\mysql\bin\mysqld.exe" --defaults-file="C:\Users\Carlos\Downloads\xampp\mysql\bin\my.ini" MySQL
20:05:22 [mysql] Expected Path: c:\xampp\mysql\bin\mysqld.exe --defaults-file=c:\xampp\mysql\bin\my.ini mysql
Apache works well, help please.

I have the same kind of trouble. What i dont undertsand is, intially I downloaded it in "C:\Users\Shilpi\SkyDrive\documents\joomla\local installation\apache\bin\httpd.exe" -k runservice. I got a directrory error message because of the location. SO i uninstalled totally the softwear and reinstalled it 3 times and everytime I am getting the below error message.
