Hi. That's all I've got. Only XAMPP control panel starts.
It happened over latest XAMPP with php7.0.0 over Windows 7 Professional x64

You need to Install "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x86"

Hey anybody Out there! If someone is also having problems even when installing Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x86, take in mind that you require the lastest service pack of your OS and in my case some other updates. In my case it was:

Service Pack 1
KB2999226
KB976932
KB976902
KB2685811
KB2504637

Even If you have problems installing those updates, working solution for me was running them with wusa.exe via Command Line.

wusa Windows6.1-KB2999226-x86.msu
