apache shuts down unexpectedly

Got this error while trying to lauch it:

problem detected!
Port 80 in use by 'Unable to start process' with PID 3292!
You need to install/disable/reconfigure the blocking application or reconfigure Apache and the control panel to listen on different port

.
Note. I think I (mistakenly) didn't UNINSTALL a version of XAMPP I had before on my PC before installing the new one. I then unstalled the previous version, unstall the new one too but still having this issue.

Help me get things back to default.

Please restart your XAMPP control panel with elevated administrator rights (rightclick -> run as Administrator)
After that you need to provide much much more information.
