Apache cannot start

Hi, i encountered these errors when starting apache and mysql on the control panel.
Can anybody help why does this errors come out?

It's easy, go to Xampp folder, search for Xampp Control Panel execute file then Right Mouse Click -> Run As Administrator. Done :)
