xampp doenst start

Hello, some days ago i installed xampp on my new laptop. A HP g4 n3050, with windows 7 ultimate 64
When i start it, it starts minimized near the clock and...nothing...
sometimes later more then 10 mins the control panel opens.
other times, it starts in few second or i'm forced to close it with task manager and then try again many times...

Once the control panel started it works perfecetly...

I tried to use it with my antivirus turned off or without windows firewall...no changes

any idea?

p.s. i have no skype
