help port problem

hi, it says the port is in use, but i have no idea where

anyways here is the log:

hi i checked this , but go stuck when it says go to adminstration tools. i could not find the asked program.

Anyway, you have to find and to disable Microsoft IIS (Internet Services). If you dont know how, ask in a Microsoft Board. You may also simply enter "Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!" in Google.
