Error Installing SOBI (Joomla Component)

While tring to install SOBI PRO, I get the error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\apps\joomla\htdocs\libraries\joomla\archive\tar.php on line 210
How can I resolve this.

I cannot believe, that you are unable to put "PHP max_execution_time" into Google. You must learn to help yourself.
