Can't turn on mysql

After installing the software, the Apache no initiative. After seeing some videos, I went to the files "httpd.conf" and "httpd-ssl.conf" and changed the ports 448 and 8081, respectively. Now mysql don't start. XAMPP shows me this error:

You have already installed a standalone MySQL Server.
Nobody except you can say if you still need that Server or not.

You can either uninstall the MySQL Server, stop it to free port 3306 or change the XAMPP MySQL port (which has other sideeffects).
