Can't Connect To Website SSL (Port 443) Since 2 Days Ago

Hello, my Website with SSL on Xampp has been working well about 2 weeks and just about 2 days ago.

My Website started to work weird and I always had to restart Apache. This means everytime when I restart Apache, the Website can be accessible for few minutes. After few minutes, it kept saying unable to connect and then I have to keep on restarting which this shouldn't be happening. The strange issue is, Port 80 works well perfectly. I'm sure there's no Application using Port 443 and I didn't configure anything. This thing just happened strangely.

Service is running well.

Okay, I have found out the issue.

This happens when I put Advertisement Image on an Advertising Website if I use SSL for example https://mydomain.com/linktomyimage.png and my Website will not be loaded. I removed and use something like Imgur and it works.

Is there anyway to solve this so I could use my domain? Thanks.
