Apache Start Problem

These are the logs on my control panel. I am unable to start Apache, due to apparent blockage of a certain port. Could someone please provide an easy solution with complete or very high chance of success. Thank you.

Restart your control panel with enhanced administration rights (rightclick -> run as Administrator) to resolve this "Unable to open process" messages.
Maybe Apache is already started and the control panel hasn't realized yet because of missing permissions.
Maybe another process is blocking this ports. You will see after restarting the control panel with proper rights.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!
