XAMMP WINDOW 8 CONTROL PN 3.2.1

I 'm beginning learn php and sql . my system window 8 when it install xammp my apache doesn't work . It has error following message please show me step by step to solve this problem. I appreciate your help

At the end the installer tries to start Apache.
So maybe Apache is already started.
To be sure, find out with help of the Windows Task Manager which process gets the PID 5308

thanks much. This morning I try to run again and it works. I didn't touch and change anything configure. Did you fix on server my accounr ? I appreciate for help

Use the XAMPP version also used in the book training. Things change from time to time.
